Loren Latker is the mastermind behind all of this.

I am visiting the Watson Photo Archives this afternoon. Their family (four generations) has almost single handedly documented the city.

And one of them took this photo.

I am delighted to announce that I will be a tour guide on one of the 2 Art Walk DASH buses this Thursday, the 8th. Please come on down and see the there there for yourself and listen to a tale or two from the wrong side of the tracks.

The Cultural Heritage Commission (CHC) had a field trip to De Longpre Ave yesterday. The hearing on Nov. 15th will decide the landmarking status of this historic Charles Bukowski former residence. We will simply note in passing that luck has nothing to do with it.
